A good replacement for costly OEM Whoop wrist bands
I have been wearing my Whoop loop for six months now, and it was time for a new band. As much as I love the data my Whoop provides, and the amazing science that the Whoop team has developed behind it, I admit that the price Whoop charges is a bit much. These third-party replacements are far less expensive and yet even more comfortable. They fit my Whoop wrist unit precisely, no compromise. The stretchy, basket weave fabric is even more comfortable than the basic, original band that I have been wearing for all these months. As I hope is clear from the photos, they are attractive and easily switched out for color to match my outfit that day (not that color-coordinating my Whoop loop is all that important, but still). Holding the little Whoop unit works exactly as with the OEM wrist band. It was easy to size it for my wrist, although it took me three tries to get it exactly right. It's sort of like getting the right notch on your wristwatch band. I plan to update this review after I have worn these bands for a few months, but right now, in my first week, these bands are performing just fine. I am happy to support Whoop labs with my subscription fees, but I am grateful that these third party wrist bands exist as a less expensive option.

These are comfy and I like the colors a lot. It goes with my uniform and neutral to go with most of my clothes. The quality isn’t great, the edges fray quickly- but that could be because I wear sleeves 5 days a week that are constantly providing friction. I’ll give the company the benefit of the doubt on that because I tend to be rough on wearable things. My biggest issue is as that my whoop had trouble charging with the band on. I tried several times and it wouldn’t charge. It’s easy enough to remove the band, no problem for me personally- but defeats the purpose of whoop being a “always wear” device.

We all know that whoop accessories are crazily priced.
There are other aftermarket bands out there but for the longest time they required you to canibalize connectors from previous whoop bands. These are complete bands with the hardware. They are equivalent to the original bands. But for the price you can't beat them.
It would be nice if the edges were properly stitched so they didn't fray. They aren't plastic so they don't burn to seal the edges. They are also threaded wrong but once you fix that, this is a great, affordable, whoop band alternative.
